NHS Culinary Overcoming Covid-19

The NHS Culinary program has continued to provide high-impact instruction throughout the Covid-19 pandemic with a variety of innovative techniques for meaningful online instruction. Students enrolled in the Culinary program during remote learning have received care packages of fresh produce from the DPS hub farm and engaged in virtual synchronous cooking lessons using those ingredients live on zoom. Classes for the greater DPS community are being offered monthly.
