About the Culinary Program

Our mission is to teach and challenge our students, to exhibit a high moral and ethical character, to learn and to live each day with integrity, craftsmanship and honesty in all aspects of their public and private lives. Students develop an entrepreneurial spirit, tenacity in pursuing excellence, and an understanding of successful economic structures.


Culinary students are encouraged to develop individual strengths while collaborating toward a group goal. Working through obstacles and looking to the future, the students learn to optimize and achieve their own definition of success.
